Join the Bradley Renaissance

Ways to Give

1. Named major gift
At the $25,000 level and higher, donors may have the opportunity to name a program, scholarship, professorship, or faculty chair.

2. Cash gift
Make your gift by check, credit card, or bank transfer.

3. Company matching gifts
Double your donation. Some companies will match your gift. Some will even match spouse or retiree gifts. Check with your employer’s human resources department.

4. Stocks and securities
Long-term appreciated securities are excellent mechanisms for financial support while providing a tax deduction and avoiding capital gains taxes. Find out more>

5. Real estate
Single-family homes, vacation property, condominiums, office buildings, vacant lots, farms, ranches … almost any real estate holding you can imagine can be
converted to Bradley’s benefit.

6. Gifts that pay income
Give and receive at the same time. Consider a charitable gift annuity or trust that supports Bradley and provides a fixed income for life. You may enjoy tax benefits and avoid some capital gains taxes.

7. Bequest in your will
You can stipulate a percentage or specific amount that Bradley is to receive from your estate. Bequests are easy and tax laws encourage them.

8. Retirement assets
You can transfer IRAs to the Bradley Renaissance and receive tax benefits.

9. Life insurance policy
You can name Bradley as the beneficiary of your life insurance policy and qualify for special tax deductions.
