The campaign for a Bradley RenaissanceEngineering and Business Convergence Center

Dr. Marty Morris

"Business and engineering must work together. It’s how the world works. Every business executive needs to be able to understand
the factors that influence the making of a successful product. Every engineer needs to understand the realities of business."

ENGINEERING AND BUSINESS CONVERGENCE CENTER

Engineering and business are core strengths at Bradley, and we are a major source of top professional talent. But it’s no longer enough to be an expert in one field. Our students must be uniquely prepared to operate in a new paradigm where cross-disciplinary collaboration is expected.

To support the academic requirements of this new, signature program and develop a distinctive education model that will result in an educational experience that is second to none, plans are to build a new Center for Engineering and Business Convergence.

Transforming the culture of learning in Engineering
and Business

The Center will be a 327,000 square foot. facility that will house the College of Engineering and Technology and the Foster College of Business Administration, as well as the centerpiece Convergence Center which will connect the two buildings and house many of the joint facilities and activities.

The Convergence Center will provide:

Each college facility will be designed and developed not only to answer the specific needs of that college, but to have the capabilities for growth and flexibility in response to the changing needs of the coming decades.
